Outside of Khyzen, Danielle specializes in producing working line Australian Shepherds, and has over a decade of experience with bringing out the best in all things herding.

We’d love to help you tap into your dogs natural instinct and show you exactly what they were bred for.

Our herding lessons are based in positive reinforcement with a heavy focus on emotional regulation. This can look very different from a more traditional “herding instinct test” where a dog that’s never seen livestock before is tossed into a pen with them, and chaos ensues.

All herding lessons occur at Danielle’s ranch north of Wellington with her herd of hair sheep. Depending on the time of the year, seeing cute baby lambs might be a bonus!
